Professional Experience:
Over the past 20 years, I have practiced as a clinician, faculty member, forensic specialist, trainer, researcher, educator, and advocate for safe, healthy, and fulfilling relationships. I have extensive expertise in developing couple's intimacy, masculinity, parenting, and close family dynamics. My early training in grief, depression addiction and abusive relationships has deepened my understanding of trauma, reslience and healing.
Therapeutic Focus:
As a psychological consultant, I help guide individuals through difficult events to a more honest emotional self.
Using Deep Brain Work and emotional reintegration, we gain access to esteem, empathy, vulnerability and intimacy.
I have found this technique of developing 'emotional landscapes' can quickly defuse toxic regrets and set a clear path for positive change and healthy development.
Personal Experience:
As a father, partner, writer, musician and athlete -
I use a depth of real experience to impact client sessions.
I feel confident about living by the messages of this work.
I can teach you how to develop emotional skills and create strong desireable connections with significant others.

Just as
Maturity is the search for our best self,
We may
Encounter fear and shame along the way.
And so
Feeling alarms of anxiety or dirges of depression,
We Must
Learn the skills of composure and compassion.

Vulnerability is a vital skill but a hard sell, especially to
men. Yet, we must risk it to unlock deep intimate desire.
Think of it as the 'emotional valor' of passion.
